DropBox Confirmation

Hi,

when i am filling my wife B2 application and before scheduling appointment It stopped at DropBox Confirmation! any reason why is it not allowing me to book a slot! when will that be done?

Did you answer any question in such a way which made your wife eligible for interview waiver?
