TT Visa Problem and Visitor visa question

Hello: I have few issues. It would be a great help if someone clarifies and advise. I did post this in **** **** and waited. But no one replied. Please help.

1. My dad got his passport in Orissa dn mom got her passport in Tamilnadu. Since we belong to Orissa, we have taken an appointment thru TT Visa web site in Kolkata. Will this be a problem?

2. While taking appointment, we have missed the middle name of my dad and the home address was typed not exactly as it is in passport of my dad. Will trhat be a problem? How to overcome that? I mean what should I do if there will be a problem?

3. The last page of my mom's passport where in, full name of dad, mom and spouse are supposed to be written, the passport issuing authority at Chennai has mentioned the last names of my mom's dad, mom and of my dad and then the first names

For example Surname Given Name (Mahapatra Kishore Kumar)

Will this be a problem? Is it OK if I request them to go to Chennai passport office and get that corrected? Is it worth it?

2. should be ok. Just correct all that in DS-156 which needs to be presented at the time of interview.

I was worried for the third clause as in Chennai, the passport office has mentioned the last names of my mom's dad and mom and my dad's last name and then their first names.

I was planning to advise them to go and change it. But now I don't have yo go.
