MY AGE 39 , GRADUATE, BUSINESSMAN RUNNING A FACTORY FOR LAST 10 YEARS HAVING A INCOME OF 380000 PER ANNUM , WIFE' S AGE 39 , HOUSEWIFE
MY YOUNGER BROTHER ,(WHO IS A DOCTOR HAVING VERY GOOD INCOME ), IS IN US FOR LAST 7 YEARS ON h-1b VISA.
WE HUSBAND AND WIFE BOTH HAVE JUST APPLIED For US VISITORS VISA AND IN OUR DS-160 FORM WE HAVE MENTIONED MY BROTHER IS PAYING FOR OUR TRIP .MY BROTHER IS ALSO SENDING US I-134 FORM AND LETTER OF INVITATION AND ALL OTHER PAPERS .
NOW MY QUESTION IS THAT ARE WE DOING RIGHT. IF YES THEN SHOULD WE SHOW I-134 ETC. EVEN IF IT IS NOT ASKED BY VO. I HAVE ENOUGH PROPERTY TO SHOW FOR THE PURPOSE THAT WE WILL RETURN BACK IN INDIA .WE HAVE NOT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT DATE Yet .SHOULD We CHANGE DS-160 FORM .

Since your annual household income is less than 10 lacs you must go for sponsorship from your brother. You must show any document only when asked for.

If asked about your income, apart from salary also mention about all the assets that you own.

Visa gets approved on 3 premise
1. Genuineness of applicant and reason for travel (Else rejected under 214b)
2. Should not be a potential immigrant (Else rejected under 214b)
3. All documents and facts are presented if asked for (Else rejected under 221g)

Not having traveled to any other country or not having kids is not a problem. It is important that you show strong ties to your country and intentions of coming back.

Things like Reason for travel, Duration of travel, Assets, Strong Income, etc. are more important factors.
