Immihelp advises cisitor to tell truth in case consular asks if daughter is pregnant. What if parents do lie and say they don't know or simple reply "No". Is there anyway they can find out?

Never assume they have no way to find out. They are very smart people and they may find out just by cross questioning or asking some question that may sound totally irrelevant?
