I took an appt for my parents ,my dad is working but the time I took the appt ,he was with different company and after the appt he got another job so my point is ,do I need to change the Company info and how do I do that?Does he have to mention the new job or just leave it as it is?

Don't need to do anything right now. Just write updated info in DS-156 form that you have to present at the time of interview.
