Hi,
I am in J1 @ Florida and my J2 spouse @ CA - both are working.
Planning to bring my mother to US for 1 month to visit places.
I earn close to 20k/annum and my spouse earns close to 65k/annum.
My mother runs a spa saloon back in India where she earns close to 14k/month, has property, and loans.
So my questions are as follows:
1. I am sponsoring her trip and shows Florida as her stay at US. Are you sure whether my income is fair enough for her to get visa approved?
2. Do I need to send all passport pages (36 pages) to her - [is this necessary?] and do I need to send passport copies of my spouse and baby too?
3. My mother is having different spellings in different documents, but DS160 and passport and Adhaar has the same names. She got a notarized affidavit for same one person, will this be OK?
4. Do I need to send two I-134 (one myself and one from my spouse) as a sponsorship including invitation and letter to consulate from both of us.. Can we do this? Just to ensure that her trip is taken care.
5. Is there any other do's and don'ts in this case..
Thank you so much for this wonderful support and suggestions.
