  • Help wanted visitor visa rejected

    Hello Everyone,

My brother in law sponsored for my In-laws they went for an appointment on Sep 8 th for the Visitor visa , my FIL works for Central government and my MIL is a housewife.

In the interview the first question asked is are you a central govt employee and he answered yes , and the second question asked is how may kids you have and where are they and they answered both of them are in US (My wife and i have a green card and my BIL is on a h1 and his wife is ona H4) .

NO MORE QUESTIONS ASKED THEY REJECTED THERE VISAS TELLING THAT THEY WELL NOT RETURN BACK TO INDIA , BECAUSE THEY HAVE there two kids in US, they took ton of papers with them like NOC FROM MY FIL EMPLOYER, ALL AFFIDAVITS NOTARIZED , PROPERTY DOCUMENTS AUDITED.

MY QUESTION IS WE ARE ABLE TO GET ONE MORE APPOINTMENT ON SEP 26TH in Emglish , is it OK IF THEY GO TOO SOON FOR THE APPOINTMENT they were not being told any thing like whether they can reapply or they were not given any kind of documents just they were written on there passports that there applications have been received .

PLEASE ADVICE ANY INPUTS ARE APPRECIATED .

    THANKS

    MAHESH

Reapps are only successful if there is something significantly different
    presented.
They should not apply together again because it will be the same story again. The next time your MIL applying alone has a better chance because
then the FIL acts as a tie for her to come back.
