Address change for visitor visa

I have a question on address change rules for visitor visa (B-2) holder. If a family member is visiting USA (on visitor visa) and staying with a H1B visa holder who sponsored him/her, what happens when the H1B visa holder changes residence? I know that H1B visa holder will have to fill in address change form within 10 days. Does the family member on B-2 visa staying with H1B visa holder have to do the same thing?
