Need help with B2 visa interview

Hi

I am a PR card holder in Canada and wanted to visit USA to meet a friend
I applied in June 2013 and have an appointment on Sept 19th 2013

My fiance got his work visa on Sept 3rd and he is in USA now
When I applied I didnt know he would be here and so didnt put his name on the form as a person I know

Should I tell them that my fiance is in USA or just not wear the ring and so the interview the same way I would have had he not been here?

If asked about fiance, you could mention that your fiance just now got the work-permit, and also that his is a temporary work visit. If not asked, do not mention. I am just sharing my thoughts, personal opinion.
