B1/B2 Visa and marriage with greed card holder girlfriend?

Hello,

I need help. Currently I am an international student in Canada and pursuing studies and I have girlfriend from India and she came to usa on f2a based visa in july 2013 and she have green card. We are truly in love and want to marry. So, my question is can I go to USA on b1/b2 visa and marry with her and come back to Canada and continue my study and meanwhile we applied for I-130 petition and I already have b1/b2 visa for the USA.

You can't visit USA on B1/B2 visa pre-conceived intention of marrying to green card holder.

However, if you come to the US just for tourism, and if you later change your mind and get married, that is allowed.
