My visa has expired in 2012 but my I-94 is valid till 2015. My brother's visa has also expired and he has already filed an extension and is waiting for the result. Our parents have valid multiple entry visitor visa . I want to know, will there be any problem at the immigration if they visit US , because of our visa status.

    Hello, Sachin.

I do not feel that your / your brother's visa has any bearing on your parents' entry in USA. Also, if you have a valid I94, so you are fine.

    Cheers,
These are my personal thoughts. I am not a professional.

    Wishing you luck.
