parent in law visa rejected-help plz

hi.
i am doctor on H1B VISA.maried 6 months bac .wife on H4 visa.
PARENTS -IN -LAW had visa on 13 sept 2005 chennai w a kannada translator.
i had send all documents.
father in law business hav good financial income.
*questions asked---answers
*how many kids---4,daughter usa others india
*is ur daughter pregnent---no
*how many months going---6 months
*business who wil do---son
*what proof thats ur daughter--- showed wedding card(she should hav shown my wife xerox passport)
rejected without any reason.dont know why.i am a 2year resident doctor earning 40k/annum is it bcoz of that.dont kno why they rejected.had send same documents for my parents last year they got it.

The reason most likely is the duration of stay mentioned by your
FIL. 6 months is considered too long for visits to your children
and especially if you have a business running in home country.
