  • Sponsorship..Should I Co-sponsor?

    Hi,

My parents will be going for the Visa interview soon. My husband will be sponsoring them eventhough I work full time. My question is:

    1. Should I co-sponsor too?
    2. If my husband alone is sponsoring (Filling out the Affidavit):

    * do I still have to send my Employment Verification letter, Pay Stubs, IT returns & W2 ?

    * do I have to sign the letter addressed to consulate that we will be taking care of my parents expenses?

    * do I have to sign the Personal letter of invitation in addition to my husband?

    Please advise. Thanks.

    No need to co-sponosr.
Your husband should do all that and not you but he should mention your visa/employment status in the invitation letter.

But you must send a copy of your passport showing your visa status
and a copy of your birth certificate establishing your relationship with your parents.
