Visitor Visa along with H1 Visa

Hello Immihelp,

My wife is going for H1 Visa stamping next month along with my 1.4 yrs kid for H4. To take care of my kid they are supposed to take my mother(Mother in law of my wife) along with them. Can we file for Visitor visa with out any sponcer in this case, Is there any chance to get the H1 first and after few days can my mother attaned for B2, Or can they both attend for interview on the same day.. Please help me out about the process in this case..

Your mother-in-law can't really accompany her daughter like that.

Visitors visa is for tourism and not for take-along nannies.
