Me on H1 and Spouse on Visitor

Hello,

I have H1 visa which expires in Oct 2014, but now I have settled in India. I am still working remotely from India for the same company which sponsored my visa.
I am getting married and wish to go to US for my honeymoon for 10-12 days only. And I am planning to make the honeymoon trip 2 days after my wedding.
Here are some of my questions I need help with,

1) Can I go to US on H1 or can I get Visitor visa and still keep my H1?
2) Can I sponsor my fiance's tourist visa?
3) Since I will have to apply for her visa before the wedding and wont have a marriage licence, what other documents will be required? eg. Wedding invitation cards, my pay checks from US..

Here is your answers..

1. Yes, you can go with visitor visa but it'll take minimum of 2 months for approval.
2. You cannot sponsor. Only Permanent resident and US citizen can sponsor.
3. You can file I-134 Affidavit of Support to bring your wife in US. But not sure abt the document better verify with the USCIS site.
