New family in the USA

Hey, first of all i want to say that i sorry for my english, and that i didnt knew where to write this post.

Im 17 years old, me and my family move to Illinois Glevnivew. We got a Green Card because my grandfather live here with my grandmother, and my uncle.
We still didnt get the Green Card to our home, so can i go out of the USA for a few weeks or i need to wait for it first? and about how much time it take to him to get to our home? i heard that's taking like 3 months, we are already here two and half months. Please help me...im 17 years old, its hard to know all that alone without help from nobody, thank you so much .

USA is a beautiful country. Millions of people want to come and live there. If you have been able to move there, you should feel happy and enjoy. There are plenty of beautiful places to visit within USA too.

When's the Green Card need to come ? After how much time ?

As per new rule everyone has to pay $165 for greencard online on uscis.com if you did not pay you greencard is delayed. It usuallly takes 3 to 4 weeks only. You shpuld not travel because u need to complete fees online. It may create problem. Call uscis and ask them.
