WAy back in 2004 I was inormed that I needed a VISA to travel to USA as I had a speeding fine which wasnt a fixed penalty.
I had been caught a number of years earlier (pre 2000) by a mobile speed camera and was issued a notice to which I pleased guilty to by letter the court then set a fine and I paid costs.
My visa expires next yeat Sept 2014 and as I ahve ben told on every visit by TSA that i dont need a visa for a speeding fine I am considering just going the ESTA route.
My big question is will i be asked why I ahve travelled via an ESTA when I used to have a B1/B2 visa and probable more relevant do I need a visa in any case as I understand from all web searches I ahve done that a spepding fine does not warrent a visa application
