Visitor Visa appointment cancellation

Hello,

I had booked an appointment with my family (3 members) online for dec for visitors visa. Now I find that I will be getting my H1 visa stamped before that date. So I do not have to go to the appointment. Can only my sister and mother go? Will there be a problem? And will there be a problem in my H1 visa, if I do not cancel my appointement of the visitors visa? All help is apprieciated. Thanks

Appointments are not transferable like that.

I am not transferring the appointment. The appointment is already made for all three of us. I just want to know if it is alright if I do not go along with them.
