  • Need help for extending b2 visa?

Hi, im in need of help extending my b2 visa which will expire less than 2 months now
I came to the us this year january to visit my boyfriend (now husband, who is in us air force (he is a pure us citizen). And i got a 6 months valid visa then but for a family emergency i had to go back to japan in april and i came back again in june for another 6 months calid visa. The thing is i am pregnant now at 38 weeks and planning to give birth here of course.
As i said my visa will expire in december, and i cannot travel with my month or 2 old infant for 20 something hourse alone it ll br very hard for me since my husbads work is less likely to give him day off and other issues we r having. I would like to extend my visa for another 6 months and during then we r trying to get me a permanent stay here in us. That is our plan...
And one more thing was when i teturned home in april for family emergency, the us border portection did not collect my i-94 form which has my old stamp on (valid till july) and when i entered us again in june they told me to send it to usciv and get it recorded properly... I couldnt find my i-94 form to send it in the beginning and i finally found it like a week ago. Is it okay to extend my visa with expired i-94? My passport has a valid expiration date on my visa which is till december..
Do i have to send my i-94 and then send my i-539 to extend my visa? And aany letter examples for extending my visa in my situation with my baby and all?
Any kind of help would be appreciated.. Thank you..

Do not get into this B2 extension issues. It is not likely to be approved as you are married to a US citizen with a coming baby. Which means you are not likely to return.
( B2 extension requires assurance of return to home country). You will be wasting your money.

Your husband should straight file for your permanent stay with the help of an attorney. (I-130 and an adjustment of status AOS ( I-485).

      Hello, Daizy.

As suggested by Peace999, you should file for a Green Card and make life easier for yourself. Once you have a GC, you will not need have any visa hassle. A marriage based GC is a strong application and given your circumstances, you should go for GC.

      Wishing you luck.

      Cheers,
These are my personal thoughts. I am not a professional.

      Wishing you luck.
