Tourist Visa

Hi ,

I want to bring my in laws to US they already have been here couple of times for tours ,
again they are planning to come this time to visit me and my wife ,
so i want know what are the documents they need since this time they are not touring .

they have visa until 2018 , am on H1 , my visa has been expired and i have applied for H1 Extension .
its on process.

please let me know what i have to do in order to sponsor for their visit , thank you.

if they already have a visa, what sponsorship are you talking about?

They should just use that visa. At port of entry , they can say they are visiting their daughter and SIL for YYYY period.

They should carry your contact address/phone no. And carry a copy of your H-1 ext receipt.

They won't have any problems unless they are revisiting too quickly.

I have applied for H1 Extension its in process , I have only my receipt number which my company have given me .

My wife has letter from USCIS which has her petition number for H4 Extension .

I can give them

1. Invitation Letter
2. H1 Visa Copy
3. H4 Visa Copy
4. H1 Extension number
5. H4 Extension letter from USCIS

are these documents sufficient for them to enter the United States ? ,

Usually they do not look at any documents at port of entry.
the only time they will be asked about details is if they spend too much time in US and are returning
too quickly. Yes, all these docs are enough.

Hi ,

My inlaws are planning to visit here this week end ,

is Form I-134 needed to them ? , they have a visiting visa already .

I have following documents which i can give to them ,

1. Invitation Letter
2. H1 Visa Copy (Expired)
3. H4 Visa Copy (Expired)
4. H1 Extension number (Mail from my employer)
5. H4 Extension letter from USCIS

let me know if any other documents to be send to them for them come here with out any problems at port of entry .

just send them a visa copy of your current visa. And they should carry your address/phone no.
that is all, no detailed docs required.
