Window mother - Unnecessary rejection without even reading document

I don't understand the fact that why they don't they give enough opportunity for at least elder women to explain their position in a peaceful way. Instead they don't see visa related document & out-rightly reject an elder women's visa. Moreover I don't know why Consular is against widows. Decent elder ladies will never even think of overstaying their limits in US rather would love to just visit it for once and come back to India because India is equally nice & attractive.

Due to some cunning people who overstayed in US after going on tourist visa, the people who are straightforward are getting unnecessarily affected. Also, Rejecting is good way of business because they know people will come back. Rejecting visas without providing proper opportunity to explain and opportunity to show documents is a sheer business tactic for more profits.
