Bank balance for visitor visa

Hi,
I need a help. My wife is pregnant and to help her, we are planning to invite her parents. In forum, I read that I may need to show around 5K per person. So do I need to show my bank balance only? or Can my aunt and uncle can show their bank balance for this amount for similar amount (Not in USD)?
Please suggest me how to go about this.

Beware that they do not give visas for pregnancy care.
Also, if your inlaws have enough money/income of their own, they can
show self funding and you do not need to show anything.
