I was refused my visa in nov2000 by then i was iun school and now am married to a lady in US she has her permenent resident in US and she has ask me to visit her for three months the poroblem is She is staying with my Aunt for security reason she was then leaving in Florida but after we contracted the marriage she has left Florida and she is now staying with my Aunt in Philadelphia so i please i will like to know if it will be possible for her to invite me since she is not staying in hert on apt but staying with my Aunt, my aunt was the very person who invited me in Nov 2000 and my visa got rejected
please i need your advice she said she will like to used her documents to gurrantee to proof that i will surely return is that possible

You won't get a visitor visa if you have a wife in US who is a permanent resident. Did she not file for your immigrant visa after you got married?
You should wait for your immigrant visa to arrive.
