Hi,
Ill cut it short. Basically partner and I reside in Singapore. He's been here 3 years I have been here 9 months. We are teachers. We want to travel to the USA during our term break. We have already paid for aspects of itinerary (return flights, etc). I already have an approved ESTA because I am an Australian citizen and my country falls in to this visa program category.
However:
He is a Filipino citizen. Hence, he needs to apply for a B2 and has an interview next week.
My ESTA expires next year. I have been to the USA A dozen times and lived in Canada for 2 years. I have been with my sig other (applicant) for 2 years (long distance and now in sing)
I am in the process of typing a support letter on behalf of him, stipulating his strong ties in Sing (me, our rental property, phone contract, employment contract, his bank balance more than 10k) I guess his ties to Sing are me and employment. No house, kids, car.
My burning questions? Do you think it is necessary to attach my Canadian visa and ESTA as well as my passport and employment contract and my USA travel history and how I have no intent to stay there to his application?? Since we are traveling together and both responsible for our own expenses?
Should i attach my ESTA??
