My sister got B2 visa with my niece. Now my brother-in-law wants to apply for B2 visa as my uncle whose son's wedding we are applying for wants him to come too. My brother is an engineer but has a business which is in my sister's name who actually is a doctor. The money he earns comes in my sister's account. I want to ask, can my sister sponsor him too since she is sponsoring herself and her daughter.
What papers should he take along with him for B2 visa.
