B2 tourist visa extension

Hello - Im gathering documents to apply for B2 visitor visa extension for my aunt and uncle. Kindly clarify the following doubts

- if application and biometric should be paid at the same while mailing the application.

- Is account verification letter from the bank a mandatory document to be submitted.

- Should we send the actual eticket for the revised date or just a itenary is enough to be sent along with application.

You need to pay all the fees in the beginning, before taking an appointment.

Bank letter is not mandatory but they may ask the proof of income.

Ticket related details should not be submitted.
