Application pending under 221(g) of the immigration act.

I applied for visitor visa in India. I am 22 years old and doing my CA. At the time of interview consular did not ask me much questions just kept my passport and did not give me anything and ask me to wait. I have been waiting for any update for last 5 months and nothing yet. I wrote them letter and they responded with this


"Your application is pending under Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) for mandatory administrative processing. There is no definite frame for this processing as it depends on the individual circumstances of each case. The Department of State is continuously working to improve processing and expedite visas . . ."


Please advise what can i do at this point to get the visa soon.
