  • Denial Visitor visa(Bombay consulate)

    Hi,

I send the B2 visa sponsorship letters and documents to my parents on April 2005. They appeared for visa-interview around 30th Aug 2005. The visa officer looked at every document and after interview she denied the Visa by stating that “Intend to stay in USA while visiting”
My parents are working in Govt. sector and they showed Govt. NOC, financial, social commitment and other necessary supporting documents.

Is it good idea to re-appear for visa within this month? Or is it necessary to wait for certain month?

Do i need to send all sponsorship documents again?
    (bank statements,paystubs,I-134, etc....)

Let me know if you have any idea about this.

Determine the SPECIFIC reason for refusal first.(some bad answer or something in the docs). Please provide Q-A detail of the
interview whatever your parents can remember.

We will try to overcome that in the next interview.

Also, what is your visa/job/income status in the US? When did you go to the US? Any siblings in India, their ages, marital status? Did you send an I-134?
