Hi - Can someone help with below issue :-
• I am currently in USA with H1 VISA and would like to bring my Mother on Visitor VISA. My VISA has validity for an another year but I have the below issue on my passport
The mother’s name on my passport doesn't matches with her legal name on her passport/bank documents, would that cause any issue while she will raise a Visitor visa and go an interview.
In any case will they check her name on my passport to cross check at the interview area/port of entry.
If the above causes any issues – do we have any way I can go for correction on my passport while I am in USA.
Any detailed help on this regard would be useful. If anyone has experienced this earlier, please share your experience
