My indian tourist visa expires on Nov 11,2013 and under a medical emergency my husband who's an indian native there needs me to be there immediately by this weekend Nov. 1st,2013! will the indian customs allow me to enter still at the port in Mumbai? And while I'm in my stay for at least a month in india can I renew my passport from india itself or get an extension without any penalties? Can you please help me with this?
