Visa for Spouse & child of B1

Hi,

I have a B1 visa for 10 years and am currently on a buisness trip to CA.

I wanted to get my wife and child to the US . This time or may be next trip !

Regarding this I had some queries
1) What will be the visa category ? Can I get here on Visitor visa ?
2) What are the documents I will have to produce ?

If their purpose is tourism , the visa they will get is a B1/B2. But they should only apply while you are in India.

All of you can plan for a tourist visit and produce a day to day itinerary
for the places you are going to see . Plus the usual documents relating
to your business in India ( bank balances, registration, tax returns).
Child's enrolment in school and evidence showing vacation period.
Wife's employment documents and leave letter if working.

Yes, they can come for tourism. There is no dependant visa for B1/B2. They simply have to apply for B1/B2. Good luck.
