hello sir/madam
i have queries regarding filling DS 160.

1) I am post graduate . what can i fill in course of study column "acadmic" or "major".

2) from which class i have to fill educational details....

6th to 10th "Acadmic"
11 to 12th " ????"
BCA Degree " ????????"


3) i have income from computer center and agriculture....... can i fill income from both occupations.......... or only one......... because in DS 160 form we can not enter two occupations. can i select only one occupation and in fill income from both occupations.

You need to put education from college onwards only.

Yes, you can mention one occupation and show income from both the professions.
