Visa appointment at Mumbai consulate

I am in USA since a year and i am planning to call my parents asap.
My Dad got the passport last week and my Mom is waiting for hers to come in a week or so.
My question is can i take an appointment at mumbai consulate with the passport details of my father only.

No. If your are applying for visa for both of them, you need both of their's Passport details.
