how to fill educational details on DS 160 for B2 visa

i want clarification regarding educational details

1) From which class we have to enter educational details.

2) i have enter as for 8 to 10 class
name of institute .xyz
address xyz
course of study : Acadmic
dd-mm-2003- dd-mm-2005
is it ok ? if not please help how to fill .

3) for 11th and 12 class
course of study acadminc
dd-mm-2006 dd-mm-2007

4) degree
course of study = BCA or Major ( i am confuse about this)

Put only college details.
