error in scheduling appointment

my self and my wife applied for non immigrant visa and got the confirmation No for both. we have paid a fees for two us at $320 and i got my recipt No and this was also activated. now when i try to schdule for my appointment at page it indicates an error '

No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number. Please validate that your receipt number is correct and that you have paid the correct amount for the visa which you are applying for. [2271472432]

the recipt No is printed under my wifes name and in my name there is a blank box. if i try to fix the same recipt no (made for two us). the page does not go further. I also made a mistake of applying earlier in my name and got the confirmatio and since i was not able to go further i made the new application and now i am in soup Please help me

scheduling appointment

the mistake was corrected by the support-india @us travel docs succesfully and i got my APPOINTMENT. the entire credit goes to support@ustravel docs. I dont think this sort of error can be corrected by the applicant
