visitor visa help

Hi sir,
I rejected from visitor visa twice in may and June 2013 in Mumbai. I gave
reason as going for national board of dental examination. So I changed my
plan and opened dental clinic here in India last month. My brother already
there on h1b visa now my mother and father going to apply for visitor visa
in November 2013 so can I stand along with them for visa or not.please
reply ASAP thanks sir/madam
