Tourist visa holder can take tv to India

I am an indian, now I am in Singapore for social visit now I want to buy a new model tv. Is it possible to take in India as a normal duty rates or new implement duty rates affects me..and what can I take with free duty. Please explain..

And one thing I have stayed in Singapore 2 months completely, after returned India if I want to go for another visit or in office tour package, is possible or how many days taken for reapply tourist visa to Singapore.
