Sorry if this question has been answered before but I've looked through this forum and I couldn't find the answer.
So my friend completed the DS160 form and paid for her visa in Poland on Thursday morning in person in bank and she got the receipt number. However, when she tries to schedule an appointment it says that the number can't be found. Now I know it says on the website that there might be a delay, but my question is, how long is that delay? What does it depend on? Would it be faster if she called them and scheduled interview over the phone or something?
