Number of I - 134 forms for (Visitor Visa - B2)
Hi,
My parents and my 20 year old sister are planning to apply for US visitor visa and I am sponsoring their trip.
In the instructions to fill I-134 form, it is said that you need to fill 1 form per person. But on the form in section 3, you need to write the names of the people accompanying that person.
Can anyone please tell me as to which of these is the most appropriate solution.
1. Mention my mother is spouse and sister as child in my father's form. Mention my father is spouse and sister as child in my mother's form. Mention nobody in my sister's form.
OR
2. Fill 3 forms but write 1 name per form. So 1 form for my father ( no mention of my mother ).. so on and so forth.
