  • B2 visa with annotation

    Hi!

I would like to ask for your comments and information regarding my current situation. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I was granted a 6months single entry visa last oct 29,2013. It has annotation "new York;December 2013" as i was supposedly travelling with my mom this christmas.but unfortunatley i cannot push thru with the vacation since i finally received my offer going to Saudi Arabia.

    My questions are:
Can i still travel on March2014 intead of December2013 since thats the time i can have my vacation leave on my new work?

Can i travel alone? Since my mom will not be available anymore during that month.

Thank you very much for you help.

No. You have to comply with the note; travel in December 13.

What was the purpose you presented and why did they give you such a short tem visa
with one entry and an annotation?

Thank you very much for you reply!

i told the consul that ill be travelling with my mom this december but unfortunately i am asked by the employer in Saudi Arabia to surrender my passport for visa stamping in Saudi embassy. Thats why i can no longer come with my mom this december. I was thinking of using the visa on march instead when i can have my leave already.

I applied for the work last september and didnt expect that they will call me that soon.

I also have another question. I am working here in the Philippines as customer service Supervisor but ill be working in Saudi as a nurse.

Do you think it will have an impact on my renewal if i wont use my first issued visa the change of work?

If ever i cannot really travel this december im planning to renew it and travel on my annual leave next year for a month and go back to saudi again since i have 2years contract there.
