my brother and sister in law invited me and my wife to attend my nephew;s birthday and homewarming party...

consular refused our visa........
questions that were asked
Q1. any another country before?
A. NO.
2. Why are you want to go to usa?
A. For attending bday celebration of my nephew and homewarming party.
3. your brother in usa ?
A. yes
4. since?
Ans . 2009
5. how he go to usa?
Ans. marriage
6. is he citizen?
yes
7. what is your work?
ans. computer coaching center and agricultural farm.
8. when you got marriage ?
ans. 2012.
9. any child ?
ans. No.
consular typing in system after every question...

then last ques to my wife
10. what do u do ?
ans. housewife

then " sorry i cant give you visa"

please give advice. where is mistake in answers and why not consular satisfied with our answers........ everybody says consular have lot of experience to find out the intention of applicant.. then how consular did not find our intentions. we are genuinely go for attending my brother;s new home celebration and birthday party...

There were a few negatives in your situation;

1.Very casual purpose- housewarming ceremony, bday party. Going all the way to US to attend these small ceremonies--- sounds unnatural.
So, the officer thinks you have something else in mind.
2. Brother in USA , a citizen. Someone who can provide you support there , to settle there.
3.No prior history of overseas travel
4. No child . That makes it easier for you to settle in USA
5.Wife housewife. If she was working , the officer would have thought you could come back.

Even if you do not have intent to stay there, the picture you present is not strong.
