    1. What is your purpose of travel? Is it purely tourism or do you want to visit someone in USA?
2.What is the duration you want to travel for?
3.. Do you or your wife have any relatives in USA? ON what visas?
4.Have you ever applied for US visa before?

They mainly ask about your work, income and your family ties. You have good income 2L/m and family. And you also have a history of foreign travel.
I think your chances are good.
Just have a plan ready, where all you want to go, where will you stay on what dates.

you must have completed DS 160 by now, so they will get most of their info from the form during the interview.

Not having anybody in US goes in your favour. So they think it is pure tourism. Nobody to help you settle down in US.
If they ask about your wife not traveling, you can tell the truth if your trips were business trips. It is not a big issue your wife not traveling before.

No friend. Documents ; your income papers( It return) , business registraton, 6 month bank statement showing funds.
Must have plan in mind where you are going for how long. Make a travel plan on paper visiting places like New york, washington dc
                and staying at which hotels.

I think you should wait for son to get a little older . Or they will ask why you decided to take a US tour when your son is recently born.

If you still decide, you will have to take him to the interview.

In last post you wrote 1.6 months, so I thought recently born.

Ok if he is 1yr 6months, then it is fine. You will have to take him to the interview.
                        Good luck.

Not much; mainly "are you working?" "Do you have any relatives in US"?

Remember that what you write on DS160 is very important, they read it thoroughly and ask a few interview questions.
