Visitor visa for brother

I have been meaning to get my brother to US for 1-2 months to visit places. He has his interview at Chennai consulate in Oct. I have sent him all the papers mentioned in your website for B2 visa. He is employed as a network admin and his employer has agreed for a 6 week vacation in case his visa is approved and also provided letter for this. What other documents does he need to carry for the interview. I have heard that its impossible for young men in that age group to get a visa. But I wanted to give it a try.

He lives with my parents and has some property in his name to show for assets. Anything else that would give him a better chance?

It is hard for young single men to get a tourist visa B2 but not a business
visa B1. I mean if he was coming to US on a purpose related to his
job (sent by his company), it wouldn't be hard.

A previous denial shows badly if in later years he is going to apply for
a real purpose like a student visa or a B1. This is a case with very high
chances of rejection so let him not waste his attempt.
