Hi - My parents will be visiting me in a weeks time. While they can understand English, they will not be able to speak back or have a conversation with the officer in Immigration. I checked the Travel section on your site to see if I can reach out to someone who can help them during Immigration, but found none. My question is - Is there any written document (apart from my Invite Letter) that I can send them addressing the US Immigrations explaining the situation and helping them clear Immigrations without any issues? If there is a letter format, kindly share the same.

1. Other than writing an invitation letter, there is not much you can do. You can take an appointment in the local language instead.
2. Read https://www.immihelp.com/port-of-ent...-usa-visitors/. Also, I suggest that you post an ad for travel companion at http://www.immihelp.com/travel-companion/Immihelp Support
