Query DS-160 for B1/B2 visa

Hello,

Applying for B2 Visa on DS-160 application form,

I am working in the same company since 11 years,

"Where you previously employed?" queston is little confusing.

In present work information I have already filled the details, still I should select "Yes" and fill the same information in "Where you previously employed?" also ?

As per the form guidelines, they are asking to fill last 5 years info on this question, since I am working in the same company for 11 years, is it relevent ?

but the confusing part is in this section is asking to fill the title, period of work etc which they might required to know?..., but in present work information it is not...

yes, you fill up the same info again in "previously employed section" detailing it for last 5 years.

'Previously employed' is categorized as because some people are not currently employed but previously were in the last 5 yrs.
