Hi,
I am planning to bring my parents to US in B1/B2 Visitors visa. They have their appointment in Chennai consulate on Oct 26th 05. I started working from Jan 2005 in L2 Visa and will be changing to H1 visa from Oct 05. So i have don't have any W2 forms. But last year my husband jointly filled the tax returns. So ONLY he has the W2 forms in his name, but we have a copy of the tax return form which my name ans SSN in it. Will it hold good incase of me sponsoring my parents visit.
Please advice..
