L2 applying for his parents visa. Don't have W2 as started working since April 2013
Hi,
I am sponsoring my parents visitors visa. I am on L2 with EAD (work permit). I am with a construction company on full time basis since April 2013. I do have salary slip and my employer deducts the tax from my salary. As I have started working this year I don't have W2. Last year my wife filed her return as Joint as she was earning last year. I have following questions. Please reply ASAP. I do have enough bank balance.
1) Being on L2, can I sponsor my parents for their visitors visa?
2) Without W2 / tax return in my name, will there be any problem in getting visas?
I am in USA since August 2012 and also my wife came here in June 2012.
Need your suggestions asap as all documents are ready and I about to take interview dates and pay visa fees.
