Hi,
My parents visa was rejected on Sept 19th @Chennai consulate.
Here are the questions:
VO: How many children you have?
father: Two, one in USA (myself, daughter) and son in Delhi.
VO: How much pension do you draw?
father: Rs xyz/month.
VO: How much property do you have?
father : owns house in native place, lives in the house built by my son.
VO: Show me passport, payslip and tax returns from your daughter.
My father showed all the documents and my green card.
Then he rejected it.
Here is the situation. I am due with my first baby in Nov and doctor said she can issue a letter. I also heard that getting letter from senator would help. If i secure an appointment in Nov 1st week (through a service - sending mail to [email protected]), will consulate get suspicious how i get secure an appointment and black mark the applicant. Plus, will it be soon to appear for next try?
I am planning to send my mother alone for the interview.
Would appreciate feedback.
