URGENT - Dependents for I-134

I am the sponsor for my father for the visa. In I-134, all the bank documents have both our names (husband's and mine), For point number 8, list dependents, I am not sure whether to leave it blank or do I need to include my husband's name. We both are working.
Please help urgently.

You can put 'Partially Dependent'. It does not really matter.
