Question about filling B2 application

Hello,
This may be a silly question but it's getting on my nerves if i should refill the application.
My family name in the passport is Hegazi,while my father's family name in the passport is Hegazy with a Y
And I wrote both ways as I mentioned when asked for my name and my father's name
Does it make the name different even though its the same spelling

Don't refile. Wait until clarification is requested (if at all) or for the interview.
